Ski Industry
The bulk of our ski area work is done in the offseason, well in advance of the areas opening. Mid-season breakdowns are a much different story – time is of the essence, and DMS’s fast action to get the skiers skiing has been and will continue to be our response.
We have performed a wide variety of services for our ski areas over the last thirty years: repair chair lifts; machine sheaves for lifts; fabricate ski towers; machine bullwheel liners; grip modifications per OEM; repair bullwheel hubs; supply and install miscellaneous metals such as rails, platforms, stairs; repair Enerpacs; rebuild chair lift sheave trains; rebuild tensioning pistons; waste pump rebuilds; reline brake shoes; bore and bush chair hangers; chair repairs; buildup shafts and turn bearing surfaces; and other miscellaneous repairs/rebuild/supply projects typical for ski areas.
